'Tea lovers' Giveway Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

This giveaway commences at 8:30pm AEST on 30th November 2015 and ends 8:30pm AEST 8th December 2015 ("Giveaway period").  Limit of 1 entry per person. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid. Tagging giveaway, spammer or unauthentic accounts will not be counted as an entry. Genuine accounts only.

The winner will be randomly selected and announced on Wednesday 9th November 2015.

The winner will receive the following prizes and Wishing you well will be responsible for fulfilling the donated prize to the recipients via post.  Prize includes one Pukka herbs tea tin filled with a random selection of pukka tea sachets. Shipping costs are included in the prize.

It will be at The Promoters discretion to request the winner cover regional shipping costs.

If the prize remains unclaimed after 2 days of the winner being announced, the Promoter may deem that the winner is ineligible to receive the prize.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute another item of equal or lesser value for that prize, as determined by the Promoter.

Information regarding prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, to the extent permitted by law.

All Submissions will be the property of the Promoter.

Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and otherwise in accordance with contestants’ consent.

The winners Instagram and/or Facebook username may appear on Instagram, Facebook and/or the Wishing you well website (www.wishingyouwell.com.au).

No further communication will be entered into concerning the outcome.
