Option 1: Pre-Designed Gift Boxes - FREE Express Shipping

How much is delivery?

FREE express shipping for all pre-designed gift boxes.

When will my gift box arrive?

  • Deliveries are typically a next business day service if you order before 2pm AEST. Delivery may take an extra 1-3 business days for regional/rural destinations.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

  • We use a variety of delivery services depending on the location of the recipient. Star Track Premium (Australia wide), GoLogistics (Newcastle, Sydney - houses & businesses only) and Express Post (Australia wide, PO Boxes and some rural addresses)

  • Please note that delays can occur with the courier and are out of our control (e.g. weather, plane delays) and next business day is not guaranteed.

  • Order after 2pm AEST Monday - delivery eta Wednesday
  • Order before 2pm AEST Tuesday - delivery eta Wednesday

We can try and accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however we can’t make any guarantee’s as any delays with couriers are out of our control.

Same day delivery to local areas (within 5km of Gateshead, NSW - Newcastle) is available on request.

How much is shipping?

FREE Shipping on orders over $200

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates for orders under $200

  • Local delivery - $10

Newcastle & Lake Macquarie (within 20km from head office in Gateshead, NSW)
- Next business day if ordered before 2pm AEST (Monday- Friday)
- Same day on request.

  • EXPRESS shipping - $15.95
  • Standard shipping - $10.95

Please note if you order after 2pm AEST on Friday or on the weekend your parcel won't be sent out until Monday.

Shipping - FAQ

When will my gift box be dispatched and where from?

  • All parcels are dispatched from our office in Gateshead, Newcastle (NSW).
  • We aim to dispatch same day on weekdays (before 2pm AEST) to get your care packs delivered ASAP. This can't be guaranteed but we try out best! 
  • Orders made after 2pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders made after 2pm AEST on Friday and on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday.

Will there be any delays?

Unfortunately couriers and Australia Post may experience delays for some areas (due to weather conditions, flight delays, COVID)

Please allow a possible 1-3 business day delay for delivery.

We will not be able to refund the cost of Shipping if there are delays.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, it is up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame quoted to us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes we deliver Australia wide.

Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin and all regional cities.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we ship to New Zealand with Express Australia Post for a flat rate of AUD $35.

Please email us with your inquiry for other countries and we can quote for delivery.

Will the parcel be delivered to the front door?

Yes delivery is typically delivered to the front door.

We add 'Authority to leave' for all parcels so if noone is home the parcel will be left in a safe place (usually front door). Deliveries with alcohol can not be left and an adult over 18 years must accept the parcel.

In regional & rural areas the parcel may be taken to the local post office for collection. Also if the driver deems there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel or can't gain access to the property or apartment (e.g. locked apartment buildings, locked gates) the parcel will be taken to the post office for collection.

Help! I entered the wrong address!

Wishing you well takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address after the box has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to change the address with the courier if possible. A re-direction fee may apply is the gift box has been dispatched.

If any orders are returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, failure to collect from the post office there will be a re-delivery charge.

What information do I need to provide to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your gift card message please include the details in the message box on the shipping cart page.

Does the recipient need to sign for the parcel?

No. All deliveries will have an 'authority to leave' authorisation. It is up to the discretion of the courier driver if they deem the property safe to leave the parcel.
If there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel then a card will be left in the letterbox/front door to arrange re-delivery or delivered to the local collection depot for collection by the recipient. Please add any special instructions for shipping on the shopping cart page if required.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries with alcohol can not be left and an adult over 18 years must accept the parcel.

Can you deliver to a hospital?

Please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated
delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. Wishing you well takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected deliverydate.Re-direction to a different address may be possible and will incur additional shipping costs.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we can. Please note this will be sent with Australia post.

Can I track my parcel online?

Yes. Once your order has been completed we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.

Is an invoice sent with the gift box?

No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer straight after the purchase of the gift box.

Terms and conditions for the sale of alcohol.

Wishing you well supports the responsible service of alcohol. Any alcohol included in our gift boxes are considered a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. 

Please note: Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. The recipient of any gift box that includes alcohol must be over the age of 18 years and be available to sign and receive the delivery.
