Great product exactly what was shown in the gift box on website is exactly how it was sent.
I just wish they used a a label you could peel off so you could gift the gift in the box it was packed in

There are two options for this care pack -
1. Mailer box only and
2. Gift box with grograin ribbon (packaged inside a mailer box).
You had selected the 'mailer box only' option which doesn't include the seperate gift box. It is designed to be a more budget friendly option to be sent straight to the recipient to open (as it is sealed with tissue paper and card inside).
We would recommend the 'gift box with ribbon' option if you require a gift box to hand to the recipeint yourself.
I'm sorry if this has caused confusion and affected your gifting experience.

What fabulous service and shipping! Sent a warm hug to a friend with back injury and they were delighted and said how thoughtful the gift was. A big fan of gifts which can be purposeful and being able to send it directly with a gift card made it perfect.
We ‘built our own’ box as a care and comfort package for friends who’d just lost their mum. This was a great option as we could tailor it to suit them and there was a good varied range of quality items to choose from. The recipients described it as a‘little ray of sunshine’ during a very difficult time ❤️.
I was also impressed that the staff at Wishingyouwell contacted me directly to check for a message on the sympathy card which for some reason didn’t save when I wrote it on the order. The package was delivered very promptly which was great. Excellent service.
I couldn’t be there so this was the next best thing to cheer up a sick loved one. She said the chicken noodle soup wasn’t that great unfortunately but she was really uplifted by all of it and really loved the quality of everything else in the box. It’s also not advertised but they HANDWRITE the message on the card if you choose to attach one. Very nice touch!
I placed an order to be delivered straight to a loved one who is receiving treatment at the moment and It had been a week and was unsure if it made it to them, as hadn't heard.. As it was a surprise I didn't want to message our loved one to spoil anything so I touched base with 'Wishing you well', they went above and beyond with their immediate responses and tracking down where our delivered parcel had ended up. Very grateful for their help. Our loved one loved their package!

I ordered this care package for my FIL who was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and had to undergo radiation therapy and no chemo. He loved it, especially the socks which my MIL had been trying to find online. Package was beautifully wrapped and delivered within 2 days of ordering. Highly recommend.
