When I placed the order, I included my colleague’s name, but Kathy, the business owner, reached out to me personally to explain that hospital deliveries can only be made to the patient. I didn’t know her father’s name, yet Kathy went above and beyond to make sure my colleague still received the package. She even kept me updated throughout the process — despite me placing the order all the way from Tel Aviv.
