Can I change the products in the gift box?

To create a personalised gift box select the 'create your own option' and select which products and gift wrap you prefer.

How do I purchase a gift box?

You can order online at and shop by occasion, recipient, brand or price. Select the gift box you would like to purchase, provide us with a personalised message for the gift tag and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide the full name and address for yourself and the recipient at checkout to ensure safe delivery. If you have any queries about the gift boxes please email us on

How can I make payment for a gift box?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through a secure payment gateway (powered by Shopify), PayPal and AfterPay (orders over $100). If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please email us on to arrange payment and delivery. We do not accept cash or cheques.

What currency are the gift boxes priced at?

Australian dollars. AUD.


When will my gift box be packaged and delivered?

Orders will be dispatched same day of ordered before 2pm AEST (Sydney time).  If you make a purchase on the weekend your order will be the next business day (Monday). Please review our delivery page for more information on estimated delivery dates.

Do you deliver gift boxes internationally?

Yes. Please email us on for a quote on delivery costs.

How is the gift box packaged for the recipient?

Each gift box is presented with with a beautiful grograin ribbon and gift card with a personalised written message attached. The gift box is wrapped in crinkled paper shred and sealed with tissue paper and a sticker.

Can I request delivery for a specific date?

We will try and accommodate requests for specific delivery dates. However this may not always be possible. For inquires on estimated delivery times please review our delivery page.

What information do I need to provide for delivery to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your message please include the details in the message box at checkout.

Does the recipient need to be home for delivery of the gift box?

No. The courier is given 'Authority to Leave' for all gift boxes and so if the recipient is not home, Australia Post or the courier will leave the gift box in a safe area or leave a delivery note. If you would prefer to have 'Signature on delivery' you will need to instruct us before making the order or leave a message in the comments box. Please provide any additional delivery instructions in the message box on checkout (e.g. behind letterbox) along with the gift card message. Please note a re-delivery fee may be applied if you select that you do not want the gift box left outside the premises and the recipient is not home.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a hospital?

Please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. Wishing you well takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date.

Do we deliver to PO boxes?

No. We offer a door to door delivery service with Australia Post or a courier service. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a business address?

Please be sure to include the company name, recipients name and if delivery is to be sent to reception or the delivery dock.

Can the delivery status of my order be tracked online?

Yes. Once your order has been completed we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Wishing you well takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do notice you provided the wrong address.

What do I do if an item is damaged during delivery?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can arrange re-delivery of the damaged product. Please refer to the terms and conditions page.

Is an invoice or receipt sent with the gift box?

No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer upon purchase of the gift box.

Terms and conditions for sale and delivery of alcohol.

Wishing you well supports the responsible service of alcohol. Any alcohol included in our gift boxes are considered a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. 

Please note: Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. The recipient of any gift box that includes alcohol must be over the age of 18 years and be available to sign and receive the delivery.


We do not provide refunds for change of mind after the gift box has been dispatched or if the wrong address was provided at checkout. If any of the products were damaged during transit please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can arrange a replacement.
