We use a variety of couriers (Couriers Please, Fastway, Star Track & Australia Post) to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your gift box. Once the parcel has been dispatched any delays with delivery are out of our control (e.g. weather conditions, flight delays).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are deliveries made?

Deliveries are available during business hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

We can try and accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however we can’t make any guarantee’s as any delays with couriers are out of our control.

What information do I need to provide for delivery to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your gift card message please include the details in the message box at checkout.

Does the recipient need to sign for delivery?

No. All courier deliveries will have an 'authority to leave' authorisation.  If no one is home to sign for delivery the gift box will be left if deemed safe. If there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel then a card will be left in the letterbox to arrange re-delivery or delivered to the local collection depot for collection by the recipient. Please email us on hello@wishingyouwell.com.au straight after ordering if you require special delivery instructions.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a hospital?

Please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. Wishing you well takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date. Re-direction to a different address will incur additional shipping costs.

Do we deliver to PO boxes?

On special request we can send out with Australia Post If you choose a PO box delivery address. A small fee may apply. Please email us on hello@wishingyouwell.com.au for a quote.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a business address?

Please be sure to include the company name, recipients name and if delivery is to be sent to reception or the delivery dock.

Can the delivery status of my order be tracked online?

Yes. Once your order has been completed we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Wishing you well takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address after the box has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to change the address with the courier if possible. A re-delivery fee may apply is the gift box has been dispatched.

If any orders are returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from the local collection depot or Australia Post outlet, there will be a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate.

Can gift boxes be delivered internationally?

Please email us with your inquiry and we can quote for delivery.

Is an invoice or receipt sent with the gift box?

No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer straight after the purchase of the gift box.

Terms and conditions for sale and delivery of alcohol.

Wishing you well supports the responsible service of alcohol. Any alcohol included in our gift boxes are considered a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. 

Please note: Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. The recipient of any gift box that includes alcohol must be over the age of 18 years and be available to sign and receive the delivery.
