Shipping + Delivery

We aim to dispatch same day on weekdays (before 2pm AEST) to get your care packs delivered ASAP. This can't be guaranteed but we try out best! 

- Orders made after 2pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the next business day. Orders made on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

- Delivery is usually 1-2 business days from dispatch (if you order after 2pm AEST your parcel won't be sent out until the following business day).

For example if you order Monday 8pm your order will be sent out on Tuesday and delivery is estimated for Wednesday/Thursday.

All orders are sent express with Australia Post, Star Track Premium or Go Logistics (Newcastle).

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays. Not weekends.

We deliver Australia wide - Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin and all regional cities.


We are based in Newcastle (NSW) and all parcels are dispatched from here.

We use a variety of couriers depending on your location (Star Track & Australia Post) to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your gift box. Once the parcel has been dispatched any delays with delivery are out of our control (e.g. weather conditions, flight delays, COVID). Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, it is up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame quoted to us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

Parcels may be taken to the local post office for collection if access to the property or apartment is not possible (e.g. locked apartment buildings, nowhere safe to leave, rural properties).


When are deliveries made?

Deliveries are available during business hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

We can try and accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however we can’t make any guarantee’s as any delays with couriers are out of our control.

What information do I need to provide for delivery to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your gift card message please include the details in the message box at checkout.

Does the recipient need to sign for delivery?

No. All courier deliveries will have an 'authority to leave' authorisation. It is up to the discretion of the courier if they deem the property safe to leave the parcel. If there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel then a card will be left in the letterbox/front door to arrange re-delivery or delivered to the local collection depot for collection by the recipient. Please email us on straight after ordering if you require special delivery instructions.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a hospital?

Please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. Wishing you well takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date. Re-direction to a different address may be possible and will incur additional shipping costs.

Do we deliver to PO boxes?

Yes we can. Please note this will be sent with Australia post express and only next business day if within the Australia Post Express network (click here).

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a business address?

Please be sure to include the company name, recipients name and if delivery is to be sent to reception or the delivery dock.

Can the delivery status of my order be tracked online?

Yes. Once your order has been completed we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Wishing you well takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address after the box has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to change the address with the courier if possible. A re-delivery fee may apply is the gift box has been dispatched.

If any orders are returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from the local collection depot or Australia Post outlet, there will be a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate.

Can gift boxes be delivered internationally?

Please email us with your inquiry and we can quote for delivery.

Is an invoice or receipt sent with the gift box?

No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer straight after the purchase of the gift box.

Terms and conditions for sale and delivery of alcohol.

Wishing you well supports the responsible service of alcohol. Any alcohol included in our gift boxes are considered a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. 

Please note: Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. The recipient of any gift box that includes alcohol must be over the age of 18 years and be available to sign and receive the delivery.
