Hi there - I booked and paid for an $163 care package for a male friend who's going through chemotherapy - he's also a sufferer who's shy, and has a very small support circle. So imagine my disappointment over 10 days later when I've received no confirmation that the package has been delivered. All my details have been provided: email, phone - I"m wondering how much more is required before there's confirmation that anything has been received. Highly disappointing - at this point in time I do not feel as though I could recommend this service to others.

A shipping confirmation email was sent to you directly on 2nd August with the tracking number for the courier Star Track. Using the tracking number on the linked couriers website will allow you to track the parcel's progress and delivery status.
