Ingredients:

Gluten free flour (rice flour, modified tapioca starch [1412], maize starch, soy flour, emulsifier [soy lecithin], thickeners [xanthan gum, guar gum, 464]), butter, dates (14%) (dates, corn dextrose), sugar, glace ginger (7%) (ginger, cane sugar), walnuts (6%), maize starch, fibre (fruit juice, rice syrup, vegetable fibre), skin milk powder, soy flour, salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), spices, xanthan gum, natural vanilla flavouring.
