AustraliaI accidently sent the box to myself so had to order another to send to my daughter. Very happy I did, the heatbag is lovely and it had a nice smelling spray for surface areas. My daughter says the lip balm is great, I havnt tried that as yet. Beautiful shaped mug came with some soups, I wasnt keen on the soups but all up it was a lovely gift box.
