How Do I Know If It Happened

Hi there - I booked and paid for an $163 care package for a male friend who's going through chemotherapy - he's also a sufferer who's shy, and has a very small support circle. So imagine my disappointment over 10 days later when I've received no confirmation that the package has been delivered. All my details have been provided: email, phone - I"m wondering how much more is required before there's confirmation that anything has been received. Highly disappointing - at this point in time I do not feel as though I could recommend this service to others.

A shipping confirmation email was sent to you directly on 2nd August with the tracking number for the courier Star Track. Using the tracking number on the linked couriers website will allow you to track the parcel's progress and delivery status.
I can see that your care package was delivered the next business day. I hope it brought some comfort.

Amazing 🤩

My brother and sister in law were quarantining and they were absolutely in love with this gift. They said they felt extremely taken care of and that it had exactly what they needed. Best of all this was delivered to them the next morning - less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Thank you
