FREE standard delivery on orders over $90 (Australia wide).

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is FREE on orders over $90 (Australia wide) and $10 for orders under $90.

Standard delivery time estimates (Dispatch - within 24 hours):

  • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
  • SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
  • WA and NT metro: 5-8 business days
  • All regional areas: add 1-2 extra business days

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express next day delivery for Sydney metro is $9 for orders over $90, and $15 for orders under $90. 

Express delivery for all other areas in Australia (except NT) is $12 for orders over $90, and $20 for orders under $90.

Express delivery for NT is $20 for orders over $90, and $27 for orders under $90.

Express delivery time estimates (Dispatch is within 24 hours):

  • For metro areas: 1-2 business days
  • For regional areas: 2-4 business days
  • The estimated delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch. We pride ourselves on earliest possible dispatch which is typically the same day.

We use a variety of couriers to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your gift box. We do strive to get your order processed and delivered as soon as possible however there may be circumstances outside our control which may delay delivery (e.g. extreme weather conditions).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are deliveries made?

Deliveries are available during business hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

We can try and accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however we can’t make any guarantee’s as any delays with couriers are out of our control.

What information do I need to provide for delivery to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your gift tag message please include the details in the message box at checkout.

Does the recipient need to be home for delivery of the gift box?

No. If the recipient is not home, Australia Post or the courier company will leave the gift box outside the front door of the delivery address or a delivery note will be left in the letterbox unless you instruct us otherwise. Please provide any additional delivery instructions in the message box on checkout (e.g. behind letterbox).

Does the recipient need to sign for delivery?

No. All courier deliveries will have an 'authority to leave' authorisation.  If no one is home to sign for delivery the gift box will be left if deemed safe. If there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel then a card will be left in the letterbox to arrange re-delivery. Please email us on hello@wishingyouwell.com.au straight after ordering if you require special delivery instructions.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a hospital?

Please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. Wishing you well takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date.

Do we deliver to PO boxes?

Yes. The gift box will be sent out with Australia Post If you choose a PO box delivery address.

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a business address?

Please be sure to include the company name, recipients name and if delivery is to be sent to reception or the delivery dock.

Can the delivery status of my order be tracked online?

Yes. Once your order has been completed we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Wishing you well takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do notice you provided the wrong address. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Can gift boxes be delivered internationally?

Please email us with your inquiry and we can quote for delivery.

Is an invoice or receipt sent with the gift box?

No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer straight after the purchase of the gift box.
