Finding Herbie

Excellent. I was delighted to find “Herbie the Love Hug” on the Wishing you well site. I am not a very experienced internet shopper and I had some trouble placing the order and Kathy was so helpful. Emails between us helped me to navigate the site and place my order. The order arrive very quickly. I was excited to give Herbie to my friend she was absolutely delighted with the gift. Smells like gas

I bought the pink as a gift for my bf . He bought the blue for me. It smells so bad! Like gas. I've taken out of material, aired, heated, cooled, added fragrance, nothing works. It smells so bad

Oh no! I am sorry your Herbie has such a bad odour. I'll contact the supplier and enquire what could have happened. I will send through a separate email and we can organise a replacement or a refund.
