Slower than expected

Order was placed on Wednesday evening, gift was delivered on Monday

Hi! Thanks for your review. Fast delivery is very important to us especially for care packages! We only ship with express services because of this.
Delivery is typically overnight (metro) as we use express services but unfortunately it looks like your parcel was delayed at the depot. We add extra days on the delivery eta (Australia Post Express 1-3 business days) to allow for any possible delays. As your parcel was delivered in 2 business days from dispatch it is still within the express delivery window.
