Wow!

The recipient loved the products!
However the courier you used StarTrak was terrible.
The recipient was at home, the was no Knick at the door, or doorbell or calling card left behind. I was lucky I had the tracking details and gave them to the recipient to later go and collect at the post office. That was very disappointing.

I am so sorry there was difficulties with the courier. I will pass on your feedback to them. I hope your recipient enjoyed the gifts once they were finally received.

Covid care pack

I was wondering if the care pack would arrive after my friends had recovered…so I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered so quickly the day after I ordered it. Impressed. Will use this company again.
